ESE Entertainment Completes Major Share Sale
Big Move for ESE and GameAddik
Vancouver-based ESE Entertainment Inc., known for its vast services in the gaming and esports world, has some big news to share. They’ve successfully sold 70% of their subsidiary, GameAddik, to BPV Games Limited Partnership. But don’t worry, they’re still holding onto a 30% share in GameAddik, showing faith in its bright future.
What This Means for GameAddik and ESE
Only a week after their previous announcement, ESE Entertainment finalized the deal. BPV Games Limited Partnership, connected with BlackPines Capital Partners Ltd., now owns a majority of GameAddik. Want more specifics about the deal? ESE’s earlier news update from August 9th has all the fine details.
A Word from the Top
Konrad Wasiela, the big boss at ESE, couldn’t hide his excitement. He said, “Joining forces with BlackPines is a big step forward. We’re ensuring a strong future while boosting value for our shareholders. We’re not just stopping at holding a 30% stake in GameAddik. The future looks thrilling, with plans to double down on expanding our core business.”
Deal Financials: A Quick Peek
BPV sealed the deal with a cool $9.1 million in cash. Of course, there are some standard changes and conditions attached. Also, there’s a clause that retains 15% of the total amount. It’s safeguarded for company obligations and will be handed out in two parts over the year. For managing the deal, ESE tipped Kepler Acquisition Group a fee of 2% of the total value.
